Acceptance of Terms & Applicability
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ep4 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between ep4 and the user.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform. ep4 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Across the ep4 website and all associated services
- Across all gaming services, including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots
- Promotions, Bonuses & VIP Program
- For all payment transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
Account Registration, Security & User Responsibilities
Users must be at least 18 years old to register on ep4. Creating an account using false information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension.
Each user may only create one account. If multiple accounts are found, ep4 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any deposited funds.
The name, address, and ID information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Sharing your password or granting others access to your account is strictly prohibited.
Any suspected unauthorized activity on your account must be reported to the support team immediately.
Ep4 may request identity verification documents for security purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in the account being suspended.
Prohibited Activities on the Platform
Users must refrain from the following activities while using the ep4 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and legal action.
- Providing Fraudulent or Misleading Information
- Use of Bots or Automated Software
- Money Laundering or Suspicious Transactions
- Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
- Unauthorized Access to Another User's Account
- Abuse of Bonuses or Promotions
- Disrupting the Normal Operation of the Platform
- Allowing Minors to Access the Account
Payments, Transactions & Withdrawals
All transactions on ep4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit amounts must fall within the specified minimum and maximum limits. Deposits via third-party payment accounts are not permitted — all deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed. For bonuses, withdrawals are not permitted until the applicable wagering requirements have been met. Processing times may vary depending on account tier and payment method.
Ep4 may temporarily place a transaction on hold for investigation if it appears suspicious. Where evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the relevant authorities will be notified.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Ep4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Accounts may be closed for breach of any term outlined in this document.
Providing false or forged identification may result in immediate account termination.
Accounts may be placed under investigation due to unusual or suspicious financial activity.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting the support team. Once all applicable conditions are met, any remaining balance will be made available for withdrawal.

All content on the ep4 platform — including logos, designs, game software, text, and graphics — is protected under the intellectual property rights of ep4 or its respective licensors. Copying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from ep4 is strictly prohibited.

The ep4 platform may include third-party game providers and software. ep4 is not responsible for the policies or services of these third parties. Users agree to be bound directly by the terms of those services.
Limitation of Liability
Ep4 is not liable for any losses resulting from temporary platform unavailability, technical issues, or actions by third parties. All betting and gaming outcomes are undertaken entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Ep4 may amend these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes where possible.
